    Can you please put me on your mailing list? I met you briefly in Austin at a show in ‘99 or 2000, have been a huge fan since and very influencial on my own guitar work. Missed you in Lawrence this December but hope to catch you again soon. Love the new album especially “Livin too close to the Rio Grande”. Rock on, Freedy!

    I just bought your new CD. I think it is really neat how you are marketing it.     Hey Freedy! I have been listening to your new CD, and as a fan since the late 90’s, I have to say thanks! The movie “Kicking and Screaming” introduced me to your music. I was very glad to hear you get back to character studies and writing songs that let the listener interpret his or her own version of the song. Great stuff! Thanks again!

    Nice video–and I like the semi-Bossa Nova feel to this song. I’d love to hear it in Portuguese.
